PT INDOMILK didirikan pada tahun 1967 sebagai bentuk penanaman modal asing untuk memproduksi susu kental manis secara modern bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Pada tahun 1986, PT INDOMILK memperoleh status PMDN (Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri) setelah mengalami beberapa kali transformasi teknologi dan permodalan.

Untuk memperkuat sinergi dalam entitas perusahaan, kami melakukan merger PT. Australia Indonesia Milk Industries (PT.INDOMILK), PT. Indomurni Dairy Industries, PT. Ultrindo, PT. INDOLAKTO dan PT. Indoeskrim menjadi satu payung usaha yaitu PT. INDOLAKTO pada bulan April 2008.

PT Indolakto adalah salah satu perusahaan produsen produk susu terbesar di Indonesia. Merek-merek populer seperti INDOMILK, Cap Enaak, Tiga Sapi, Orchid Butter, dan Indoeskrim sudah dikenal puluhan tahun. Indolako memproduksi; susu bubuk, cair (Ultra High Temperature atau UHT, botol steril, pasteurisasi) dan susu kental manis. Selain itu, juga memproduksi minuman mentega, es krim dan yoghurt. Untuk memenuhi permintaan pasar, PT Indolakto telah membangun 5 pabrik di Jakarta, Jawa Barat dan Jawa Timur.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Requirements :
  • Have at least 5 years marketing experience in leading FMCG companies
  • Preferably have 2-3 years of experience in the same position as Brand Manager
  • Exposure to Dairy/Food industry or FMCG and its competitive dynamics
  • Experienced in handling more than 2 brands / product category
  • Involved in development of communication strategy (ATL, BTL, Digital)
  • Knowledgeable in managing strategy & implementation to both consumer & customer (food service/UMKM)
  • Experienced in New Development Product/Innovation (planning & execution)
  • Good in number and has the ability to analyze data & specific market information while recommending business action steps
  • Well spoken and written in English
  • A highly motivated person, able to work in a fast paced environment that is continually changing

Jod Description

  • Be the Person in Charge of the Brand (Liquid & Innovation) in the Business to Plan, Deliver and Improve
  • Develop Strategy, Promote Brand Growth, Implementing Plans and Drives Volume
  • Manage all aspects of the brand: consumer insight, advertising development, media planning, digital planning consumer & trade promotion, market research, product development (NPD & Launch), pricing, S&OP forecasting, financial mix, and P&L management
  • Drives New Development Product or Innovation Projects
  • Act as Project Leader within the Cross-Functions Projects, Company and outside Third Parties
  • Monitor the P&L and exploit Product/Marketing Plans to enhance the P&L
  • Work closely with Sales Team, Food Service and R&D.
