  • 150 grams of Wheat Flour
  • 50 grams of Oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon of Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tablespoon of Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons of Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 250 ml of Liquid Milk
  • 100 grams of Coconut

Pancake Sauce Ingredients

  • 100 grams of Brown Sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 1 Pandan Leaf
  • 150 ml of Water

Steps to Make Delicious Coconut Pancakes

How to Make Pancake:

  1. Prepare the equipment that will be used to make pancake dough. The equipment includes a dough container, non-stick pan, a serving plate, a pan and a whisk.
  2. Next, grind the oatmeal evenly using a blender. You do this by putting the oatmeal into a blender and mashing it using high speed, let stand for about 3 minutes so that the oatmeal becomes smoother and evenly distributed.
  3. Then beat the eggs until fluffy. You do this by first breaking the egg using a knife to hold it in a container and beat it evenly using a fork. Then set aside temporarily.
  4. For butter, please melt or melt this material over a hot skillet. You do this by heating a skillet on the stove using medium heat. After that, wait a minute until the margarine melts evenly. Remove from the pan and set aside temporarily.
  5. Coarsely grate the coconut using a grater. Split the coconut into several parts and grind them evenly. Put it in a container and set it aside temporarily.
  6. Sift flour together with oatmeal, baking powder and salt. Stir these ingredients evenly and sift using a sieve, set aside in a container and you will be ready to make pancake batter.

How to Make Sauce:

  1. To make the sauce, mix water with brown sugar, pandan leaves and salt. Stir these ingredients evenly until mixed.
  2. Cook until the brown sugar dissolves along with the other ingredients. Add the mazeina flour solution to thicken the sauce. Stir again and cook until bubbly. After that remove and set aside.

After the pancakes are cooked, take them and serve them with the brown sugar sauce that was just made. Eat it while it's still warm for a better taste.
